      Countryhill Affordable Luxury Homes is a genuine and reliable real estate company that provides affordable real estate solutions which gives you the needed access to secure landed properties and luxurious home ownership within Nigeria and the African continent. We also offer consultancy and investment services.


    2. Is buying a land in Nigeria a good investment?

      Yes, buying a land in Nigeria is an excellent investment. The location where you buy the land can determine whether your investments will rise by a small or large margin. Some of the locations that yield higher return rates are found in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Ogun etc.


    3. How can I benefit from buying a land in your estate?

      We don’t just create our estates in any locations, especially those that will not appreciate within a few months, we only target locations and properties that will give you a high return after buying or investing.


    4. Why should I choose you ahead of other competitors?

      We give you peace of mind and make sure you get value for your money in addition to a juicy ROI after a short period of time.


    5. Does your properties carry valid titles?

      Yes, all our properties carry valid government approved titles like C of O, Excision and Registered Survey. We work constantly round the clock to perfect our documents just to ensure our clients buy properties from us that are backed with valid documents.


    6. Does your company operate flexible payment plans?

      Yes, because we understand that sometimes clients may not have the means to settle for an outright payment, we created installment payment plans aimed at enabling them complete full payment without affecting their financial status. Our installment plans range from 3 to 24 months depending on the specific product.


    7. What documents will I receive from your company if I decide to start up an installment payment plan?

      You will receive the following documents: invoice, payment receipt and a contract of sales.


    8. Is it possible to go for inspection just to enable me take an informed decision?

      Yes, you can request for site inspection at your convenience and the company will make available necessary logistics to ensure a smooth exercise, however, the company’s stipulated days for site inspection is Thursdays and Saturdays of every week.


    9. If I buy a land in one of your estates, will I encounter land grabbers?

      No, you won’t because you are buying from a registered real estate company and our estates have perimeter fence and gate house which makes it impossible for out siders to encroach.


    10. When will I get physical allocation?

      Physical allocation will be done 3 to 6 months after payment of the full purchase price of the property.


    11. Which other fees is required for the purchaser to pay before taking full possession of property?

      Other fees payable includes developmental fee (depending on location), survey fee (depending on location) and legal fee (5% of purchase price).


    12. What size of plot do you allocate?

      Size of plots ranges from 500 to 600sqm for full plot while half is between 250 to 300sqm depending on the location.


    13. Can I transfer ownership to another after full payment of purchase price and ancillary fees?

      Yes, A purchaser has every right to sell or transfer their property to another person after the handover of the property.


    14. What documents will I receive after complete payment of purchase price and ancillary fee?

      The purchaser will get contract of sales, deed of assignment, letter of allocation and registered/provisional survey.
